Perhaps you’re already familiar with our work constructing award-winning residential buildings throughout Hyderabad, but did you know we also have vast experience constructing a wide range of commercial and government buildings & roads. In fact we’ve been constructing commercial buildings for industry and public buildings for various government departments. From art galleries and golf resorts through to prisons, administration centres and offices, we’ve built them all since then.
Today we’re constructing forward-looking commercial buildings with the highest standards for sustainability, like the prestigious Eastlink Office Park on Great Eastern Highway Belmont. This outstanding office building has been certified at five-star Green Star for construction. It’s set in a landscaped park and boasts outstanding river views from its upper levels. But we’re not just focused on building iconic offices in the city. Back in 1968 we set up an office in Port Hedland and built commercial buildings and infrastructure in Newman and Port Hedland for BHP and Goldsworthy. Recently we’ve built warehouses in the Pilbara, hospitals in the Kimberley and library extensions in Albany, to name just a few.
Design & Construction
The Design and Construct delivery method is becoming increasingly popular across SS Construction’s client base. SS Construction has developed specialist in house Design and Construct teams to ensure we can deliver value added solutions, particularly through the design phase of each project.
Our Design and Construct teams are able to draw on the organisational experience across SS Construction’s extensive range of successful projects and leverage this experience through the design management process. Our staff partner with a range of experienced external consultants ensuring that the best qualified design team is engaged for each project. SS Construction’s Design and Construct approach seeks the best possible design alternatives and integrates buildability and construction issues to ensure the most efficient design solution possible. This translates to savings in time and cost without compromising the Architectural integrity of the project.
The Design and Construct delivery method is also used as a risk mitigation tool for many clients. Under the Design and Construct method SS Construction becomes responsible for coordination of the design between the various disciplines. This eliminates the possibility of variations during the construction phase as a result of conflicts in design documentation.

SS Construction understands the importance of dedicated in-house resources to manage the design process on the delivery of our projects. 75% of our projects involve managing part or all of the design, depending on the procurement method and requirements of our clients.
SS Construction has dedicated in-house Design Managers, Services Managers and Green Star Accredited Professionals in all of our State offices. They work closely with our preferred external design consultants to develop, coordinate and manage innovative and cost effective solutions for our clients whilst ensuring the design brief, specifications and PPR requirements are met.
As the majority of SS Construction’s major projects are now delivered via an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) method of procurement, our design teams are adept at managing the process from master plan or concept design stage right through to construction documentation. SS Construction has significant experience with ECI, which harnesses the skills and experience within SS Construction’s Design and Construction teams, ensuring our clients achieve the optimal outcomes for their facilities in terms of cost, risk management, design and overall quality.
